All dental records are confidential and protected by federal privacy and security regulations. With your authorization, a copy of your or your children’s dental records can be released to you or transferred to another dentist.

You have a few options:

You may have your dental records sent to you; or
You may have your dental records sent to a dentist of your choosing (you must provide the dentist’s name and address)
